  • Combined Valuation: £612,500


The 2 commercial elements comprised of a Mini Supermarket and a Vegan/Vegetarian restaurant. The restaurant has continued to trade over the last year after switching to become a Takeaway.


Even though the percentage of the commercial was higher than the residential, demand is high enough in the area for us to lend 65% LTV.
